Please note: in order to process your orders you need to be registered with AliExpress and have your own AliExpress customer account. You can register here.
Once you have received an order, you need to process it with AliExpress. Go to AliDropship => Orders, find the order and click on the bars icon to learn more and on the eye icon to get the exhaustive details about the purchase.
🚩🚩🚩 If you use Alidropship Woo, go to Woocommerce panel > Orders.
To narrow down your search results, use available search options:
Set time range for searches using the Calendar search;
Filter products by Status:
Failed. Payment has not been processed successfully.
Canceled. Payment has been canceled by a customer.
Abandoned. A customer has not completed his/her purchase.
Paid. Payment has been processed successfully;
3. Use the Fulfilment filter:
Not Processed. The order has been paid, but not placed on AliExpress yet.
Processed. The order has been placed on AliExpress.
Shipped. The order has been sent to your customer.
Completed. Your customer has confirmed the order receipt.
Refunded. The order has been refunded.
4. Enter transaction ID, email, or your customer’s name to find a certain order;
Click the Export CSV button to export your orders in the CSV format. You can also use the Export emails option to get an email list with one click.
With the Edit option, it is possible to make changes to product variations before placing the order on AliExpress. Click on the 'pen' icon to continue.
Select necessary product variations and click Save changes.
You can check the activities list below the order details. For more information, click on the eye icon.
PLACE ORDER AUTOMATICALLY
You can place orders either automatically or manually. Click Place order automatically to proceed with processing your order.
The plugin will visit AliExpress and fulfill the order for you automatically: select necessary product variation, add items to your shopping cart, and fill your customer’s shipping details on the checkout page.
To complete the purchase, click Confirm & Pay at the bottom of the page. Please note that you need to have AliDropship Chrome Extension installed to be able to use this feature. Once the payment is completed, the plugin will redirect you back to your Orders page.
On step 2 you pay for the order with your money using the compatible payment methods below:

If you wish, you can change the shipping method for the products:
PLACE BULK ORDERS
! This option is NOT available in Alidropship Woo.
If you want to place several orders one by one automatically go to AliDropship -> Orders -> select several orders and click Place orders -> Apply:
The plugin will visit AliExpress and fulfill the order for you automatically: select necessary product variation, add items to your shopping cart and fill your customer’s shipping details on the checkout page.
When you will pay the order, the extension starts processing another order.
PLACE ORDER MANUALLY
To place the order manually, go to the order details and click Place order manually.
You will be redirected to AliExpress product page. Log in to your account, choose the necessary product variation, click Buy Now and place the order using the shipping details of your customer. If you do not have your customer’s phone number, you can enter your own. To avoid any invoices or marketing materials included in the packages sent to your client, leave an additional comment for AliExpress suppliers: ‘We are dropshipping. Please don’t include any promotional materials’. Make sure all the fields are filled and proceed to the payment by clicking Confirm & Pay.
CHANGE ORDER STATUS
After the order is placed, you will be redirected back to the order details and its status will be changed to Processed. Please make sure you have enabled automatic settings of order fulfillment in AliDropship => AliExpress => Settings => Order Fulfilment. As soon as the AliExpress seller ships the package, the order status turns to Shipped so that your customer receives an email notification that his/her order has been processed and the package has been sent.
Change fulfillment status manually if automatic order fulfillment is not activated in your plugin settings.
Alternatively, the statuses of your orders can be changed on the Orders page.
Color indicators located on the right-hand side of the page show whether the tracking number is available (green) or not (red) for a particular order. Refer to this guide to learn how to work with tracking numbers.
