What is a landing page?

Landing page is a standalone navigation-free conversion-centric page your prospects arrive at after they click your ad (in an email, social post, search ad, or other place on the web) or a search result. On a landing page, visitors are way more likely to complete their purchasing flow as they can find comprehensive information about your product without having to search for shipping details, return policy, or customer reviews.

It features only one product and has only one call-to-action message ('Buy now!').

In short, landing page concept boils down to the Rule of One:

  • One product

  • One offer

  • One action (=purchase)
