So you've got an order. That's great news! First of all, make sure that you have an AliExpress customer account. If you do not have it yet, you might want to create one here. If you use the AliDropship Original plugin (without WooCommerce), please check this guide on how to process orders.

Once you have received an order, you need to process it with AliExpress. Go to WooCommerce → Orders:

Find the order you need and click it to learn more and get more details about the purchase.

Also, you can click the eye icon to see the order details right on the page:

To narrow down your search results, use available search options.

1. Set time range for searches using the Dates filter:

2. Filter products by Registered customers:

3. Enter transaction ID, email, or your customer's name to find a specific order:

You might want to use the Edit options to change the shipping/billing address before placing the order on AliExpress by clicking the pencil icons. When you are all set, click the Update button:

You can place orders either automatically or manually. Ensure that you are logged in to your AliExpress account and have your site authorized in the AliDropship Chrome extension. Please follow the link if you need more information on how the extension works. Then click Place order automatically to proceed with processing your order:

The plugin will visit AliExpress and fulfill the order for you automatically: select necessary product variation, add items to your shopping cart and fill your customer's shipping details on the checkout page.

To complete the purchase, click Confirm & Pay at the bottom of the page. Once the payment is completed, the plugin will redirect you back to your Orders page.

In step 2, you pay for the order with your money using the compatible payment methods below:

Step 3 – confirm your order:

If you wish, you can change the shipping method for the products:

To place the order manually, go to the order details and click Place order manually:

You will be redirected to the AliExpress product page. Log in to your account, choose the necessary product variation, click Buy Now and place the order using the shipping details of your customer. If you do not have your customer's phone number, you can enter your own. To avoid any invoices or marketing materials included in the packages sent to your client, leave an additional comment for AliExpress suppliers: 'We are dropshipping. Please don't include any promotional materials'. Make sure all the fields are filled and proceed to the payment by clicking Confirm & Pay.

After the order is placed, you will be redirected to the order details. When the supplier ships the products to your customer, you receive an email notification from AliExpress. The message is also supposed to be automatically sent to your customer when you add tracking info to the order.

So, when you receive an email from the AliExpress supplier, you go to the plugin and click Get tracking (you also should be authorized in the extension and your AliExpress account at the moment):

Once your customer confirms they have received the goods, you can change the order status to Completed:

Alternatively, the statuses of your orders can be changed on the Orders page:
